• As a college sophomore at the University of Wisconsin, Don sold Vollrath quality cookware door to door to help pay for his education. In 1965, Don founded EAC to offer financing to the hundreds of Dealers who turn to EAC for third-party finance services – many of whom still sell quality goods door to door.

    In 1983, Don purchased the product line of Stainless Steel Home Cookware from the Vollrath Company and renamed it New Era.  Today, New Era, Inc., remains a prosperous manufacturing plant in Clarksville, TN.

  • In the mid-80’s, Jeff began working for EAC, and broadened the financing spectrum to Dealers across the U.S. selling a wide array of goods and services, including home goods, health and medical services, educational software, auto warranties, document preparation fees, and many others. Jeff and his father strongly support the success of small business dealers, and today, EAC is a state of the art third-party finance company, with technology and software programs designed to increase customer/distributor support and efficiency nationwide.

    Jeff and his management team exemplify the core values of the company: Integrity, professionalism, and superior customer service.

  • Daryl worked as a CPA at one of the top Midwest accounting firms, and then for private companies regionally, before landing at EAC in 2008. Daryl oversees all accounting services at EAC, and manages the company’s financial reporting. Though he works hard, he enjoys his colleagues and appreciates the team philosophy at EAC.

  • Before joining Equitable Acceptance Corporation in 2015, Chris built a 25-year career in finance services within Wells Fargo Corp. and at a top regional auto sales company. Chris is EAC’s lead underwriter, and has become EAC’s Dealer services sales-finance liason, creating account and finance services structures that work for our Dealers. He is highly respected within the company, and when asked what he liked the best about the company culture, Chris responded “the ease of working with top managers in multiple departments and with CEO Jeff Henn to create systems that truly support our Dealers’ needs.”

  • Jim Foster, Director of IT

    Jim has worked for EAC since 2002, and in Information Technology for more than 35 years. Jim oversees all projects involving EAC’s computer and phone network systems, including planning and testing, new technology implementation, and all software updates. Jim still lives in the small Minnesota town where he was born, and he appreciates the “small town” relationships and work ethic he found at EAC.

  • Bobby has been a software engineer and programmer for more than 15 years, and it is a field that he clearly enjoys.  Asked why, he responds, “Translating and encoding real-world business rules, requirements and ideas into business logic is something I greatly enjoy.” In IT, as in life, emergencies happen – 24/7.  Bobby and the IT team share a commitment to fix any issues that arise – anytime day or night.

  • Cheryl Hepola

    After a 12-year career as legal secretary, paralegal and law office manager, Cheryl moved to the telecommunications field, where she worked for 22 years prior to joining EAC. In telecommunications, she worked as a trainer, Project Manager, and Office Manager. Her previous experience has proven invaluable to EAC. She brings the organizational skills, creativity, positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and work ethic to get the job done. Cheryl has what it takes to manage a Customer Service Department that is productive, rewarding and fun!

  • Gerardo Rosas Blancas

    Gerardo speaks Spanish fluently, which is key as many of EAC’s clients speak Spanish. He is recognized as a new-hire trainer, has years of experience in collections, skillfully resolves escalated situations, and understands the importance of customer service.



  • Lisa Poliszuk, Office Manager

    Lisa has been with EAC since 2003, working first in accounts payable and contract processing before assuming the role of Office Manager in 2015. Her broad knowledge and experience in multiple departments have proven valuable to employees who need information within the company. She continues to train new hires in contract processing, accounts payable and receptionist. She helps implement new procedures and testing company wide, and is the “go to” person anytime there are questions regarding how a procedure or process works within departments and company-wide. Her positive communication skills and can-do attitude make her one of EAC’s top team members.
